What if I don’t have a plan?
As a design/build firm utilizing computer aided design (CAD), we often create plans for our clients. We can also recommend plan services. If you require an architect, we will recommend one. If your plan requires revisions, we can make most revisions in-house.
How much will it cost to build or remodel?
Every Gaylord Construction project begins with a plan, the details and features that you specify, and a budget. We create a detailed estimate for each phase of work and all of the related costs, required to complete your project. With our accounting software, you will always know the exact cost of your project on a week-by-week or even day-by-day basis.
How long will it take?
The time required to complete your project will be determined by its size and scope. Once a plan is formulated, we will be able to give you an accurate timeline for its completion.
How does the building process work?
With over 38 years in the building industry, you can be assured of a seamless process. In our initial meetings, we will evaluate your needs, answer your questions, finalize your plans, and develop a budget and a timeline. We will draw up and sign a detailed contract. Gaylord Construction will obtain the required permits and construction will begin. From day one, Warren Gaylord, president and owner of the company, will be personally involved, directing and managing your project. As the work progresses, we will guide you in making all of the necessary decisions and selections required. Together, we will regularly review project changes, costs, and job progress, from beginning to end.
